Dr. Linda Bohn had a love for animals even when she was very young. She knew she wanted to be a veterinarian even while she grew up at Lake Garrison in Elk Township. Dr. Bohn received her B.S. in Biology from Glassboro State College – now known as Rowan University. She went on for her Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine at Iowa State University.

During that time, she completed a veterinary preceptorship at the Kansas City Zoo. That environment allowed Dr. Bohn to work with a wide variety of species. After graduation, Dr. Bohn returned to New Jersey, where she has practiced small animal medicine and surgery since 1995. Dr. Bohn is especially interested in senior wellness, preventive care, and internal medicine. Dr. Bohn is a member of the American Veterinary Association and the Southern New Jersey Veterinary Medical Association. She is also currently helping the Cohanzick Zoo in Bridgeton set up a veterinary clinic for their animals.

In her spare time, Dr. Bohn enjoys riding her American Paint Horse, “Cottoncandy Cowboy.” She loves to hike, bike, and kayak with her husband, Mark, and their Yorkshire Terrier, “Mickey.”
