There are some weird special days out there, but today has got to be the most obscure – If Pets Had Thumbs Day.
Other holidays may have all kinds of emotional significance and tradition, but it’s hard to imagine putting out a wreath or joining a parade for If Pets Had Thumbs Day. But maybe pushing our imaginations is the whole point, and that’s reason enough. Imagination is behind all kinds of human innovations, so why not participate?
