Winslow Animal Hospital: Green Initiative
At Winslow Animal Hospital, we care about our impact on our world. Reducing waste and energy consumption are important for individuals and businesses alike. The doctors and staff aim to do our part in caring for our world, so we have implemented these practices at our Sicklerville, New Jersey animal hospital:
1) Digital x-rays, which produce far less waste than traditional x-ray technology.
2) Energy Star eco-friendly washers & dryers.
3) We recycle the oxygen for our anesthetic procedures.
4) We recycle our chlorinated water in the aquatic treadmill.
5)We recycle pill bottles, cans, plastic products, etc. A cardboard dumpster is dedicated to have all cardboard boxes recycled
6) We use energy-efficient lights.
7) This is our central vacuum system which is very eco-friendly.
