Anna’s Laser Therapy at Winslow Animal Hospital
Anna is a beautiful 10-year-old Labrador Retriever. Anna receives regular laser therapy
treatments at Winslow Animal Hospital with Linda Franzini, Certified Canine Rehabilitation Practitioner.
Laser therapy is a non-invasive treatment that uses light to accelerate healing at the cellular level. Laser therapy also reduces inflammation and chronic pain, common problems for
senior pets like Anna.
Pets with arthritis also see improvement in muscle function related to the reduction of
inflammation and pain. Laser therapy is preferred by many pet-parents because it is pain-free, drug-free, and non-invasive. Laser therapy provides a relaxing atmosphere that many pets enjoy.
It is used to treat:
- recovery from surgery
- bone fractures
- neurologic conditions
- some skin problems
- pain and mobility problems associated with aging or arthritis.
Laser therapy has no known side effects –
it is a completely safe treatment.
