” For the staff of Winslow Animal Hospital,
It’s been almost two weeks since I said goodbye to my Laila Bear. Making that choice, to let her go, was immeasurably difficult, as i’m sure you all know. My heart has ached, my eyes have cried, the space next to my side of the bed is empty and my house is quiet. Although, through the pain and quiet, I am tremendously grateful for all of you and how you cared for my sweet girl. During every one of our office visits, everyone I encountered, from the reception desk to the the techs and doctors, everyone, was courteous and polite, professional and thorough. I was a big, crying, ugly mess the day I had to say goodbye, and I felt so comfortable being that way, like I was with friends. Thank you for helping me, guiding me, and allowing me to say goodbye the way I needed to that day. Thank you for the love and kindness you showed both Laila Bear and I. Thank you for caring for her like she was yours, took form her first visit to her last. My children ask where Laila Bear is, and if we will see her again. We tell them that she lives in heaven now, and whenever they see the moon, it’s Laila Bear shining down and watching us, so they both wave and say goodnight to her. Please, if you remember, the next time you see the moon, too, say goodnight to my sweet girl, she would love that.

My family and I sincerely thank you and the doctors you recommended to help us with our Jack Russel, Lexi. she was so sick and you really did all you could to prolong her life. We put her down July 27th, but with all your help she lasted [the] longer and we were able able to keep her free of pain. She was able to get to the park the day before she died.

A very long overdue review spanning over years, though I will concentrate on the most recent year of June 2017-present. To state that Dr. Courdai and the rest of the team at Winslow Animal Hospital (WAH) are absolutely wonderful would be a gross understatement. Dr. Coudrai is a consummate professional wrapped up in a man whose love of animals is worn on his sleeve. This same attitude crosses over to the rest of the team working at WAH. The Brouillard family who includes our dog Nucky has always been treated with the utmost care and respect during every phone call and at every office visit. We appreciate Dr. Coudrai’s overwhelming kindness and generosity when it was found that multiple surgeries were needed. As a fur Mom, I can only urge others to allow Winslow Animal Hospital the opportunity to serve you as they have our family. I know that our dog Nucky enjoys every member of the WAH staff as he wags his tail upon seeing or hearing them, especially during his trips to the doggie spa (rehab with Linda and Amy), or a greeting by the President of his fan club Nina. Many thanks to all, Dr. Coudrai, Linda, Amy, Nina, TJ, Shelly, Pete and all the rest! The 5 star rating should be 100!

We decided to try out Winslow animal hospital today for our sweet Chloe & wow! I was so impressed! Thank you so much for getting us in so fast & a special thank you to Dr.Chachkes for taking care of Chloe. Everyone was so kind from the front desk ladies to the vet tech to the vet! That was really refreshing!

To Dr. McDermott and attending staff: We could not possibly thank you enough for your care and sensitivity while having to make the hardest decision of putting out cat Buddee to sleep. You treated us as if we’ve been coming to you for years and we deeply appreciate it. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for being so loving…and we’ve never known any other vet to send a sympathy card! Just so amazing…. though it’s been sad without our Buddee we take comfort in knowing that you all we’re there for him. God has truly blessed you! All our love and blessings…
