What to Expect

From the moment you contact our team, you can expect to be received with courtesy and attention to your needs. Our hospital operates by appointment for all procedures, laboratory tests, examinations and consultations, and technician visits.

We understand that periodically you may need to leave your precious companion in our care for the day. We accommodate this but ask that you ensure that a contact person is available to make decisions during the stay if necessary. All Day Admission patients are expected to return home by the close of the business day.

Emergencies come up and we ask your patience should another’s emergency disrupt your appointment. We promise that we will communicate disruptions so that you can manage your time best.

Payment is required for products and services on the day they are provided. Occasionally we will ask for a deposit towards care of hospitalized patients.
