SMUDGE (Reuben, Ruby Chat)

To our great sadness our beautiful Smudge has left us. As in all things he followed closely behind Cleo, his lifelong  companion. Smudgie was built for comfort. He was a loving and loyal friend, always prepared to fill an open lap or book. He was our constant companion, eager to be involved and sometimes a tripping hazard. He was shy, gentle, and devoted.

Our home filled with humans is empty without him. Sweet Smudgie, we will miss your wonderful, easy purr, your head-butts and snuggles that gave us so much comfort. We will hold you forever in our hearts.
