Dr. Robin Riedinger is a Seattle native. She received her degree from Whitman College in Biology, and went on to graduate Cum Laude from Washington State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 1987. After practicing as an associate veterinarian in New Jersey, Port Orchard and Seattle, she and her husband, Peter, decided to pursue practice ownership. They opened Hawthorne Hills Veterinary Hospital in March 2000 and have enjoyed becoming a fixture in the neighborhood and have established long term relationships with clients and patients. They moved the hospital to its current location in February 2020, just before COVID.

Dr. Riedinger’s special interests include senior pet care, internal medicine, soft tissue surgery and behavioral training. She is a certified PennHIP veterinarian. Dr. Riedinger and Peter currently have one Labrador Retriever named Tango and a Calico cat named Allie. When they aren’t at the hospital, they enjoy hiking, traveling, gardening and spending time with friends.

Dr. Riedinger has completed training and is a Fear Free Certified Professional. She is also a PennHIP Certified Veterinarian.
