August Update

We wanted to share a few updates with you!
 
Our phone system provider has almost solved our telephone system issues- yeah! However, please note that call volumes are still very high and we encourage you to email or text us through your client account when possible.
 
Our new staff members are doing wonderfully and we will soon be able to open up our hours longer, thank you for your understanding!
 
Our team has been working very hard, and we are pleased that we have now scheduled most procedures that were postponed during the restricted period earlier this year.
 
We also are now developing our protocol for letting clients in with their pet for most types of appointments. One client per pet, COVID protocols to be followed.
 
Curbside pickup still in place for retail and prescriptions.
 
Our groomers are both available for appointments full time.
