The Advanced Vet Care Experience!

We take great pride in the fact that you have chosen Advanced Veterinary Care for your pet’s needs and we welcome you into our family, where we treat and care for your pets as if they were our own!

The Advanced Vet Care Experience: As a new client at Advanced Vet Care, you will notice that our full-time team is made up of Veterinary Technicians —no receptionists, no kennel staff—only trained & experienced Veterinary Nurses! Maintaining a team of professionals-only differentiates Advanced Vet Care from all other clinics.

When you arrive for your appointment, you will be greeted by one of our Vet Techs, who will be assigned exclusively to your case. He or she will follow you throughout your entire visit, from check-in to check-out, to ensure optimal communication and individualized care. We call this AVC’s Circle-of-Care case management approach–which represents a unique approach and was developed exclusively by Dr. Chace.

Our goal is to see all of our clients and patients on time and as a result we schedule a full half hour for each patient visit. And while we do have contingencies in place for emergencies, still there may be times when the unexpected will create delays. We will ensure these are minimized as much as possible.

Once you have been ushered into an exam room, the Vet Tech will first take a full history & check your pet’s vital signs for the Doctor. The Vet Tech will then record your history and go over details with Dr. Chace, or Dr. Sylvestre. Together, the Vet Tech and the Doctor will see you next. The Doctor will examine your pet, from nose-to-tail, answer your questions and plan further diagnostics and treatments as necessary. The Vet Tech will coordinate all necessary diagnostics and medical treatments including: blood work, X-Rays, prescriptions and …more!

Lastly, your technician will wrap up the appointment, where he/she will provide you with further educational information and answer any remaining questions you might have.
